Return/ Exchange Policy

Policy will last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return the item must be UNUSED AND IN THE CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. Items cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been worn or washed. If you return a product and it has an odor (perfume, smoke, etc) we will only refund you 20% store credit shipping not included. Sale and Mystery Items CANNOT BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED. 


Returning (If applicable)

  • Please refer to the Return Policy information above to make sure your return meets all the criteria. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 
  • Returning items over the amount of 100$ comes with a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Please return the item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. RETURN SHIPPING IS SOLELY THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 
  • Once your package is received please allow our Returns up to 7-10 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification. When returning products you will only receive a refund for said items. Shipping is not included for returns.
  • We will no longer be accepting messages VIA social media about returns or exchanges. As a small business we understand the urge to have items right away or fixed immediately, but due to high demand we will only accept returns or exchanges through this method. This is effective as of 3/26/2021.

Cancellation Policy: 

All products are hand-made and time is valued.  Due to demand a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all ready to ship orders needing to be canceled. Once orders have shipped we are unable to cancel said order, and all return policies will need to be followed for a refund.


Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not technically process exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous back for a full refund. 


If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue. 


All items marked down and/ or included in sales/discount 40% off or more are non-refundable, non- returnable and FINAL SALE. Accessories such as hats, shoes, purses, etc. CANNOT be returned unless damaged. You must submit an email within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a return if the item is damaged. Hats cannot be returned due to the incapability of resale. Shoes can only be exchanged or returned if they have not been worn outside of trying on. We recommend trying on carpet or a towel to prevent any form of dirt on the bottom or any area of shoe. We have the right to deny any return or exchange.


Due to the high volume of shipping from all carrier facilities expect at least a 3-5 business day delay on all orders. Allow up to 7 days to see proper tracking information should you receive a recycled number and/or your tracking has not updated. Returns made during the holiday season will not be processed until January 13, 2023. We are a small business and will have to have all season to ship out orders for customers. Once the season has died down we will then review and process returns in the order they are received.
