Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping varies depending on location and weight of each order. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: We use USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Turn around time for processing and shipping is 5- 28 business days (weekends and holidays NOT included). Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process.
Q: I have not received my order. Where is it?
A: Once your order has been processed and shipped an email will be sent with tracking information that can provide the current location of the package. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking to provide proper ETA.
Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package?
A: Once a package leaves our possession, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPSand/or UPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly. This would be the local carrier facility for your location.
Q: What are the returns/exchange policies?

Q: How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?
A: Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account (all banks and services will vary this is just an estimate). Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

Q: What sizes are offered for your shop and how do they run?
A: We offer sizes SMALL- 5XL (INVENTORY VARIES).
- Tees, Hoodies, and Sweaters are unisex and fit true to size.
- Boyfriend tees are women fit and run slightly bigger.
- Joggers/Sweats are a men’s fit.
- Boutique items are women’s fit and run true to size.
